Salam Ali jan,

Thanks for message and really happiness to hear about you!

It is not an Educational Institute, which celebrates this ceremony. This is Katib Cultural Association in Denmark that celebrates this year’s students. The students in Europe receive a student cap and calls “Student”, when they complete their first step of major subjects, it means their graduation from college.

Katib Cultural Association is one of the most active Associations in Denmark, which has been established in 2008 here in Copenhagen.

If you need information about the educational centres, where the students have been studied, so my answer is that they come from many different colleges across Denmark.

Hope that I have answered correctly, what you would like to know.

Best of wishes!
Habib

why cant they get someone who speaks pure hazaraghi or at least dari instead of iranina accent, hazara's have enough pain from iranian, let alone to hear someone speak like them on the stage.
